How much does it cost and what is your refund policy?
Adults: $58 Children (12 & younger): $45
Trips cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure date are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather and river conditions, with full refunds. All emergency cancellations are subject to discussion.

What are the starting times for the trips?
Starting times are 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

How much time does the trip take?
The round trip time is about three hours. Trip times can vary by about an hour depending on the river flow rate and wind speed.

Where do we meet and how do I get there?
All scenic float trips will meet at our store in Moose. 10 Moose Street, Moose, Wyoming.

When will I see the most wildlife?
In practice, all of the trips offer excellent opportunities for seeing wildlife along the river. However, when the weather is quite warm, many animals lay low during the hottest part of the day and become active when the temperature is more moderate. Under these conditions, the 8 a.m. trip might offer the best chance to see wildlife if you don't mind getting an early start.

Can you pick me up at my hotel?
Customers are responsible for their transportation to the meeting place. We can help arrange transportation for groups of 12 or more.

Do you provide life jackets?
We have life jackets in all sizes. Your children must be large enough to comfortably wear a life jacket. Everyone must wear their lifejacket at all times.

Are there bathrooms available during the trip?
There are bathroom facilities at the beginning of the trip and at the end of the trip. During the trip facilities available are those provided by nature.

Where do we end up?
The raft is taken out of the river at Wilson bridge and customers are shuttled back to the meeting place.

Will I get wet?
Not more than a few drops of water. The river section we float is pretty gentle. We provide ponchos in case it rains during a trip.

What section of river is floated?
We float the river section from the Moose Bridge to the Wilson Bridge, starting inside Grand Teton National Park and ending slightly south and west of Jackson.

How many miles is the trip?
The trip distance is about 14 miles.

Can I customize a trip with a different starting time or section of the river?
We are happy tailor a trip to meet your group's requirements. If you want a customized trip, it is best to do so in advance; especially during the busiest times of the season.

Is the trip over gentle water?
Yes. There are no white water sections on the trip.

Will there be a lot of other boats on the river?
On our section of the river you will rarely see another boat unless you are part of a large group and want to travel together.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather makes the trip dangerous, we will not run the trip and you can reschedule or get a full refund. A little rain isn’t a problem; we carry ponchos to keep you dry in case of a cloudburst.

What should I bring with me?
Bring items to match the weather, and wear layers. Depending on the season, your layers may include a tshirt, a sweater or vest, and a windbreaker. Other recommended items would be sunglasses, sun screen, hat / visor, camera and binoculars. The gear you bring is your own responsibility.

Can we bring young children?
The minimum age for children is four years old. In addition, your child must be able to fit securely in the provided floation device.

How many people will be in my boat?
We use an 18 foot raft, which accommodates 14 people. On occasion with smaller groups (6 or less) we will use a smaller 12 foot raft. The number of people per boat may change due to water levels.

Will I see mountains?
The trip provides picture postcard views of the Teton Range and the Gros Ventre Range. Also viewable are the Snake River Range and the Absaroka Range. See if you can spot the Sleeping Indian.

What animals will I see?
Animals frequently seen on trips include moose, elk, mule deer, prong horn antelope, bald eagles, osprey, pelicans, blue heron, raven, mallard, merganser, coyote, beaver, otter, yellow bellied marmot.
